The Five Grading Conditions

  1. New The item has never been used, and it comes in its original packaging with all external tags. Each piece is inspected to ensure it is free of any defects, whether manufacturing-related or caused by storage or shipping.
  2. New without Label The item has never been used but comes without its original packaging or tags. Each piece is inspected to ensure it is free of any defects, whether manufacturing-related or caused by storage or shipping.
  3. Excellent Pre-owned but in excellent, like-new condition. No visible signs of washing or wear.
  4. Very Good Pre-owned but in very good condition. May show slight fading or minor pilling in areas such as knees, edges, or seams, or light scratches on hardware or metallic parts if present.
  5. Good Pre-owned and clearly used, but still in good wearable condition. May contain up to two very small holes, or up to two faint, inconspicuous stains, along with some light fading or pilling.

Important Note

Even items initially classified as “New” that are later found to have manufacturing defects will be reclassified as “Very Good” or “Good,” depending on the severity of the flaw. This lowers the price but increases the value customers receive.
